HVAC Projects

Our HVAC and Electrical teams delivered a large-scale installation at the new Intergrain facility on Stawell Road, Horsham. The project included an extensive air conditioning system, supported by a centralised controller for streamlined operation and improved efficiency. Works also comprised multiple exhaust air systems, along with the installation of a new cool room and dedicated drying room, all completed with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Delivered over an 18-month period, this large-scale project involved the installation of a centrally controlled air conditioning system across the entire school, providing year-round comfort with individual room control and scheduling. The scope included the installation of approximately 50 air conditioning units, 17 exhaust and fresh air systems, specialised chemical and flammable storage cabinets, a high-tech fume cupboard, and a fully automated ventilation system for the new Fire Pump Room.
